FCA Annual Meet

FCA Annual Meet

The Ferrari Club of America Annual Meet is a multiple-day, national event held in a different location every year surrounded by a renowned track, concours and hospitality center. This is our annual gathering of typically hundreds of people and Ferraris from around the world. The event is comprised of our International Concours, Track Event and Drivers School, a competitive rally, Technical Sessions, the Mercato (shopping venue), banquets and hospitality gatherings and more. This year's Annual Meet is to be held in conjunction with the Formula One event in Indianapolis. Click here to find out more about this year's event.

Ferrari Club of America Concours

International Concours d'Elegance

The FCA Concours d'Elegance is based on the International standard provided by the IAC/PFA (International Advisory Council for the Preservation of Ferrari Automobiles), and is world renowned as the standards to which Ferraris are to be judged. We are focused on the preservation of these fine automobiles and not so much on the cleanliness. It is important that these cars be cared for in the manner in which they were delivered from the factory and not "over restored". We encourage people to drive their cars (Ferraris were meant to be driven!), and thus points are deducted not from usage but from non-originality. This process allows us to focus on presenting a car as close to its original state as possible. Click here to view the Concours guidelines.

In addition to our International FCA Concours d'Elegance, many regions hold regional concours based on these same judging standards, you can these locate these events on our Regional Calendar.

Track Events

Track events are a great way to learn to control your Ferrari in a high performance setting in a controlled environment. You can partake in the many events held throughout North America on tracks such as Road America, Indianapolis, Laguna Seca, Watkins Glen, Pocono, Moroso, Sebring, PIR and others. Many of these events are staffed with driving instructors so that you can learn car control and the proper line.

Ferrari Club of America Rally

Rallies

Our national rally is a ton of fun and is centered around the locale of the event. There are Ferrari and non-Ferrari classes, so everyone can partake in this great event. These rallies are not time-speed-distance rallies like the Mille Miglia but are fun rallies, where you follow a set of instructions on public roads, usually with pertinent Ferrari, geographical or automotive questions with points being deducted by incorrect questions. Regional Rallies may include a gimmick or poker rally requiring solving puzzles or looking for unusual reference points.

Coppa Bella Machina

The Coppa Bella Machina is a competion unique to the Ferrari Club of America based on the complete 100% operation of a vehicle. This is phase II in the step towards the top award in the FCA, the Coppa GT, and can only be attempted upon successful attainment of a Platinum Level award in the FCA concours. Only current Annual Meet Platinum award winning cars are eligible. This is an hour-long session testing every operational function of a vehicle from the driving operation, down to the cigar lighter (if so equipped). This unique contest is based on a 100% pass/fail worksheet, and if one item fails the contest is over. This is yet another notch in the belt of an award winning car and highlights the "Ferraris were meant to be driven" attitude of the club. You can be assured that a Coppa Bella Machina award winner is a fully operational machine.

Coppa GT

The Coppa GT is the highest award that the club presents as it is the ultimate in car-and-driver preparation. This three-step process begins on the Concours field requiring a Platinum award win, followed by the Coppa Bella Machina event, where the car must pass a 100% pass/fail mechanical inspection. The Coppa culminates on the track, where the driver's skills are tested with judges assessing the driver's ability to manage their car on the track. This prestigious award is given only to a maximum of three individuals per Annual Meet. It is challenging, but is very rewarding.
